that's a great chance to improve my English, because my reading and listening comprehension of English is very good, but I feel that my speaking and writing are sub-
par. I haven't spoken English since I took the IELTS in December, and I have never had
anybody correct my writing since I was in year 12, and that is two years ago.

city of Biel/Bienne - the biggest bilingual(french-german) city of Switzerland.
that's probably why i am so bad at both German and French...

Rockland County NY. 20mins from the city and the town over from north Jersey
I study in Kent Ohio though.
Any in NYC or the surrounding area or the Cleveland area lets meet up and talk about languages

Many opportunities to speak Italian (the county is official bilingual)
and German (most tourists come from Germany and Austria).
Other languages are not common (except for English which people learn by watching subtitled American sitcoms and movies ;))
