Anyone knows, wich method Mezzofanti used to learn languages? How he learn the pronunciation, the grammar of a new language, how did he study the language...

I don't think anyone knows definitively what his "methods" were, or what he preferred. More than one biography has been written about him discussing what's been discovered, via anecdotal stories and documentation. A good place to start might be here. Erard mentions in his book about hyperpolyglots that he found flash cards made by Mezzofanti, and he also mentions some other handwritten papers in a number of languages. But apart from that we have to rely on anecdotal evidence of poor quality.

I seem to remember that he often worked through the New Testament in the target language, since he was so
