This is EXACTLY my problem, "motivation". I get bored reading about verbs and where to properly use "Usted"/"Ustedes" (and then I still use it wrong...).

I need to read something entertaining, or ridiculous..., like Willie Wonka in Spanish, but I need to have the English version right next to me so I can figure out what I just read every now and then.

How about watching movies in Spanish? I haven't tried it yet.
