I didn't complete the course but I spent a little bit of time using it before I found something better (Becker) and deleted it. I just downloaded lessons 10 and 33 so I could give my opinion.

The male speakers are definitely not native. They sound ok but some of the tones are wrong and I heard one small vocabulary mistake. The woman in lesson 33 is excellent. Either she is a Thai who sounds just the slightest bit unnatural because she's trying to speak more clearly than normal or she is a foreigner with near native level pronunciation.

I would recommend either Becker's TfB or learning to read Thai from a book or website and then doing Everyday Thai for Beginners which is excellent but only has Thai script.

I tried using it a few years ago and only made it through Unit 5.

I agree with the others' opinions about it. I'm a big fan of the FSI courses but this one was especially painful for me.
I had no idea the speakers were not native. My problem with it is it was SO monotonous - even for an FSI course.
The vocabulary was not particularly relevant either. It seems like there are now much better options available.

That's a real shame. Are there any other heavy, drill based courses available?
