Post-MT Japanese audiocourse? | ||

I've just finished the Michel Thomas Japanese courses. I am working on German right now and don't like the idea of studying two languages seriously at the same time---I only have about three more weeks before I finish the Linguaphone course for German, and I never finish anything, so I don't want to get distracted...
At the same time I really liked the MT Japanese course and don't want to totally forget what I've learned. So I'm wondering if there is some other low intensity purely audio course that I could do now, along the lines of MT. Just to maintain what I've learned but maybe add a little bit more without actually taking too much mental energy away from German. Any ideas? 1 person has voted this message useful | |

I'm not quite sure how much more 'advanced' Pimsleur Japanese is, but it's a lot longer (45 hours) and low intensity. It probably overlaps a bit with MT Japanese so it would help maintain what you've learnt.
Anyway, I would recommend it. I did all 90 lessons and it really helped me with my speaking when I was a beginner. 1 person has voted this message useful | |
