I thought it might be useful to FSI fans to share this -

I wanted a complete set of FSI French in the same size as the Barrons books (A5)

I bought a second hand copy of Adobe Acrobat 6 on Amazon for £10, so that I could split
the PDF of lessons 13-24 into 2 parts.

I then re-sized it to A5 using this free software:

http://docupub.com/pdfresize/

and then sent into to Lulu for printing -

I got Lessons 13-18 today for £7.50 including postage - and it pretty much looks like
the Barrons book.

Most PDFs come in A4, which is inconvenient to print and carry, but an A5 re-size and
Lulu opens up lots of possibilities for making usable book versions of free or nearly
free language learning material. Of course, I am not selling these books, but for
personal use they are quite handy.
