I completely agree with the people who suggest walking. Each day I talk of long walk of
at least two hours - and listen to audio materials (often of my own making) the whole
time. When I try to do this at home, my brain is distracted very quickly. Walking,
though, somehow helps me remain focused. When the weather is too bad to go outside, I now
use my wife's elliptical training machine to "walk" indoors while listening to audio.
When I slip back into the habit of believing this is unnecessary, I again find my mind
wondering away from the audio within a few minutes of sitting down.
