I'm trying to learn to roll my Rs. What methods are known to help with this? Now that I'm taking my Arabic studies more seriously, I would like to know how. Thanks in advance (my apologizes if this is posted in the wrong section).

Listen and try to imitate. That is how I learned "unrolled" R.

If you're serious about pronunciation, I would work through the FSI Arabic Phonology course, which gives explanations of the different sounds, as well as lots of chances for listening and imitation, plus chances to check your listening comprehension.

Not only is it effective, but it's free:

http://fsi-language-courses.org/Content.php?page=Arabic%20Le vantine

(Note that the course teaches the Levantine dialect; I think the only difference this makes is that they use the /zh/ rather than /j/ for the Arabic letter "jim".)
