I think you could achieve a pretty high level of Finnish in two years, under the right conditions and with proper motivation. I'm not sure exactly what you mean by 'native level' though - that sounds very ambitious. I think people tend to exaggerate the difficulty of Finnish, though.

I don't understand Estonian but can read (very) simple text.
