If I want to say the party is led by someone,
is "under one's leadership" a correct expression?
If not, is there any other expressions?

In this sense, out of context, one refers to a collective one. To just refer to any random person's leadership, I
would just say someone's leadership. If the leader is named, then his or her leadership would be appropriate
depending on the gender. I have a tendency to say "their" in this case although many prescriptivists would
disagree with a colloquial collective "their" in favor of a more stilted "one's".

You can say "under the leadership of NAME." More context would be helpful.

"The party has achieved great success under his leadership."
"We hope that the party, under your leadership, will make greater achievements."
Is "under ...'s leadership" a correct expression?

The first part of the sentence is fine but the last half isn't. You can replace "greater" with "great" to fix it (unless you were trying to make a comparison).
