If I want to say the party is led by someone,

In this sense, out of context, one refers to a collective one. To just refer to any random person's leadership, I
would just say someone's leadership. If the leader is named, then his or her leadership would be appropriate depending on the gender. I have a tendency to say "their" in this case although many prescriptivists would disagree with a colloquial collective "their" in favor of a more stilted "one's". 2 persons have voted this message useful | |||

You can say "under the leadership of NAME." More context would be helpful.

The first part of the sentence is fine but the last half isn't. You can replace "greater" with "great" to fix it (unless you were trying to make a comparison). 1 person has voted this message useful |
