Almost no old Gaulish has been preserved so that one can be excluded.

I felt like an idiot when I couldn't find anything on it.

Maybe something similar to Codex Cumanicus; it contained a ancient Turkic language
written in latin script and it included latin words where a cumanic counterpart didnt
exist.

If it's helpful at all the shirt was made by a company called "brittany black petite" and was made in the USA. It has several flowers on it, but there is one on each side which has (in my opinion) a very Celtic look about it.

Since the company has "Brittany" in its name, maybe it's some combination of Breton and Latin. I know nothing of Breton, though.

Then again, it could very well be a Lorem ipsum type design hack.

Taking a non-linguistic tack to your question:

Perhaps somewhat predictably, a Google search for "Brittany Black petite" yields, apart from a few E-bay listings,
quite a number of porn sites.

Hastily moving away from that results list, I then tried just "Brittany Black" as a term, and got this from the
U.S. Patent and Trademark Office: http://tarr.uspto.gov/servlet/tarr?regser=serial&entry=78218 727 (copy and
paste, removing any spaces inserted by the forum software).   A Paul Martino, whose address is listed, has
"Brittany Black" trademarked in the knitwear, pullovers, etc. class.    So - it's a long shot - but perhaps if you sent
a query to Mr. Martino, he may in turn be able to put you in touch with the person who designed the fabric for
your shirt...?

It reminded of this thread about a mysterious "french" inscription on a "cool new scarf from Target." :)
