Do you really think it's possible to learn 20 phrasebooks? I think this would be fine for 2-3 languages, okay for 5, but if you want to do more, even at A2, you need grammar/SRS/textbooks. Otherwise you'll be forgetting the phrases as you learn new ones.

Maybe 20 languages to A2 is easier to achieve than to maintain (as in refraining yourself from improving).
