I have been trying to learn Russian for a long time, now, but I live way out in the country of Washington state, in the U.S., where there is no chance of practicing with anyone. Is there an on-line website, where I could practice hearing slow-spoken Russian? Tbe Germans have a great website (Deutsche Welle) where it is possible to hear the daily news spoken in German. Is there any such website for slow-spoken Russian?
Thank you, in advance, for any help that might be coming.

Perhaps the "Learn Russian" section of RT (A Russian news service, formerly known as
Russia Today) will be something nearing what you are after. Even though I haven't looked
too much into it, I'd hazard a guess that there'd be other things on the site to aid you
with your listening comprehension.

The BBC has some listening comprehension exercises up; I haven't listened through it yet, but it might be a start:

This tv channel broadcasts in a few languages you can watch a video in russian then rewatch the same in other languages.
The No-comment show will not help language learner.
Edit :
As for the "slow" part of your question. What I do when I want to listen to something in a slower speed - I slow the speed of reading of normal speed materials with vlc or audacity and I read other softwares to have the same kind of option.
