Is there a word between "several" and "many"?
(I mean more than "several" but a little bit less than "many".)

I think you will find that some of the less precise terms are slippery, and that not everybody would put them in the same order. Mostly we have imprecise terms and idioms like:
- some
- a few
- not too many
- not very many
- a handful
- a number of
- a bunch of
- a lot of
- a scattering
- a smattering
- numerous
- (a) myriad
- innumerable
- tons of
- scads of
- multitudinous
And I'm sure I've forgotten quite a few others.

Some idiomatic sayings would be, "quite a few" or "a bit".
Other than that, "a number of" or "a bunch of" would be fine.

My first thought was "quite a few" as well...
