I want to buy the Assimil Chinese volume one but so far the copies I have enquired about has the book and Audio Cassettes.
Can you not get CD's with the audio part on or even MP3? I don't want to purchase it if it is only on a tape, as I don't have a tape player but would like to do the assimil course. 1 person has voted this message useful | |

Mine came as a set with CDS, I bought it off a seller on abe books, though it is on Amazon UK, abe books has it cheaper. Abe books also lists itself on cash back websites and does pay out whereas Amazon does not so saving you even more money.

Cheers mate. What is the website?
I found a few cheap ones on ebay but like I mentioned, after they replied to my email, they confirmed that they were audio tape cassettes. I thought Tapes had long gone. I will look on there before I give my little bit of money I have for tapes. 1 person has voted this message useful | |

I guess from Assimil itself. I would try to look on the website of theirs.
