This is a work in progress, just ongoing notes for myself. I work off a variety of different computers, so this is the easiest method* of maintaining a consistently-accessible living document.
It in no way is intended to be comprehensive. It won’t make much sense for quite a while, I’m sure, to anyone but me, but feel free to throw in some comments if you like, assuming (as I have) that you are impertinent enough to have ignored my initial post telling you to get lost.
* When I say “easiest method”, I really mean “easiest method within my luddite sensibilities” – I am sure that setting up a wiki page or something would be more elegant, but you need to appreciate that as between a computer and a brick I am a bigger fan of the brick, and I probably could not tell a wiki from a windmill.
