This is a short professionally produced documentary about a native Indian tribe here in Northern California trying keep their language alive. All of the native California languages are very much endangered.   This tribe is trying to save their language, and I can tell they are sincere and realistic about what they can accomplish, but oh, it sure looks like it's not quite enough. And, the guy whose grandmother spoke Hupa, who has been studying for 10 years and still is hoping to become fluent -- oh dear.
