I've now been studying russian for a little less than 2 months. I've just uploaded a video of me presenting myself quickly in russian. It's about 20 seconds.

I'd be really grateful to anyone willing to listen to it and point out to me various things I'd need to work on.

Спасибо!

Your russian is not bad :)
Maybe you should work on stresses.

The right intonation/stress is kinda hard to get at first. I'm guessing streaming some Russian TV programs would help me catch on faster. I do listen to much russian cinema, but until I can actually pick up what they're saying with more ease, I'll have a hard time putting the stresses at the right places.

So your advice is duly noted. Спасибо!

Your pronunciation is good for a native French speaker :) You are very easy to understand, congratulations!

You've made one lexical mistake:

tu dis - я говорю тоже
On doit dire - я также говорю - c'est plus "en russe"

Удачи в учёбе! :)

Hugo, your Russian pronunciation is pretty good:)

Some text corrections if you don't mind(marked by capital letters):
Я говорю ТАКЖЕ по-английскИ по-исПанскИ и по-исланДскИ. Я учу литературу и русСкий язык в университете.

The также was mentionned, but thanks.

по-исПанскИ : I guess it's a common mistake for native speakers of a language that uses the latin alphabet. I really make an effort, but I still sometimes put р instead of п... kind of annoying ;)

по-исланДскИ : typo! forgot my Д. Thank you.

Thx to those who commented. It's good to know my pronunciation is understandable. Confidence is vital when learning a language! =)

edit : typos are fixed.

No particular method. I've got 3 hours of course a week at university, and I spend at least 1-2 hours a day studying, sometimes more than that. But I really don't see it as studying, more as "enjoying" the language. To me, it really doesn't feel like I'm trying to learn a new language. I'm just spending time doing something I like.
