For those interested, in this months issue (July) of National Geographic there is a large article on endangered languages. The languages discussed in the article are: Tuvan, Aka, Seri, Euchee and Wintu. Some great photographs too of these language communities.

I thought I would post it here for any of those interested.

Yes, I found it to be great article when I read it earlier this month.

I managed to find a link that has the article:

I liked the reference to the famous quote, "A language is a dialect with an army", but countering it by stating that some armies are better armed than others.
