I've been looking for some decent Spanish podcasts from Spain or Argentina.
I'm looking for a podcast that comes out daily and at least an hour long. Something similar to Les grandes gueules & On va s'gener for French, and La Zanzara for Italian if anyone knows these. Just a group of people discussing current affairs and politics. Unfortunately, I can't find anything like this on iTunes or Cadena Ser. Have you tried the radio section of RTVE Radio? I can't really help you because I have no idea what kind of podcasts you're looking for. What kind of programs are the podcasts you mentioned? Can you be more specific? You'll get better responses.

Yes I have, but I wasn't able to find ones that interested me previously.
The types of podcasts I enjoy are people discussing current affairs, especially in a comedic way or where the discussions get heated. http://www.rtve.es/alacarta/audios/24-horas/ - Something like this would be great, but each day is 4 hours long/the speech is too "clean".
