I am currently doing Pimsleur Mandarin.
But i would also know which Chinese shows will help me to learn more? And how to watch them - with eng. subs or without? 2 persons have voted this message useful | |

I haven't seen a ton of Mandarin language shows, but you can find them for free at
viki.com and dramafever.com. I use television to study Korean and Spanish. People have really different opinions of whether or not to use subtitles. In my opinion, I think it's a good idea to watch them first with the subs so you can know what the plot is, then again without. Using Mandarin language subs might help too.
