Dutchgrammar.com is back online. Just had a few technical problems with changing servers.
In regards to Dutch video resources, I'd highly recommend KRO, which contains a heap of tv shows, some of which are really quite good (De Wandeling, Liefs Uit...). One of the good things is though that all the tv shows have a subtitle option, so that you can watch the show in Dutch and have Dutch subtitles. I find this helpful if I happen to hear a paticularly interesting word or construction that I'm not familiar with, then I can go back, turn on the subtitles and most of the time see it written (occasionally the subtitles are an abbreviated version of what's being said), which I then write down and find out later. So I'd definitely recommend getting into KRO, and give Uitzendinggemist a look also. 5 persons have voted this message useful |
