Today I did my first lesson with EasyPersian, I enjoyed it. I did the exercise to recognise the characters and it went
well, I missed only the correct number of small 'be'. I read the explanation of the sample poem n.1 (bright horizon)
that was super charming to me... I can't wait to be able to read Persian :)

The poems on easypersian are so great... I mean, their translations :) I don't understand the actually poems yet... I also think they sound great.

By the way, maybe book2 will make for a good Pimsleur replacement, once you're done with those 10 lessons.

Hi :) thank you for your advice :)

Today I listen to the Chai and Conversation episode 6 and I did the lesson 2 of EasyPersian. Cool the story of the
King and the Poet :)

Errata corrige, it was the number 5. Today I did the 6 (More on talking about family and number from 1 to 10) but I
cannot remember the numbers :) I will redo it tomorrow. Also I have problems to remember how to write
consonants, but Easypersian says that I don't need to worry about it for now :)

I had the consonant problem for ages... Actually, I still mix up the less common ones sometimes. But over time and with a little bit of reading that problem disappears. What I thought was very important was to understand which consonants are linked and which aren't - it makes them easier to keep apart. I found that a bit confusing on easypersian, but if you still have questions after completing his alphabet lessons there are enough other good resources, I think :)
