In Norwegian, all of my books or courses have used something with kulegrader, but what is
the division of register with negative temperatures?
For example, -2 C, is there difference in register between 2 kulegrader, under 2 grader,
minus 2 grader, min 2 grader, 2 grader under null, which ones are most likely to be used
in conversation and which ones used for example, in a news report, or a scientific
journal?

Minusgradar is what they use on Vestlandsrevyen.
''Frå og med onsdag skal det bli kaldare, 3 plussgradar på dagtid og 0 til 2 minusgradar om natta. ''

In normal speech I have only heard the term kuldegrader. (Which by the way is spelled with a d )
Kulde is coldness. Kule would be cool as in a cool guy :-)
