I am trying to translate some parts of Indonesian song to Arabic and Japanese, but I want to make the amount of syllables are equal to the original so that it can be sang normally... Please correct me if I did some mistake....

Indonesia: Kubuka mata
Literal meaning: I open my eyes
Arabic: Aftakhu 'ainii

Indonesia: Dan kulihat dunia
Literal meaning: And I see the world
Japanese: Sekai wo mieru

Indonesia: Apakah itu kamu? Apakah itu dia?
Literal meaning: Is it you? Is it her?
Arabic: Hal ulaa-ika anti? Hal ulaa-ika hiya?

Indonesia: Apakah itu cinta? Apakah itu cita?
Literal meaning: Is it love? Is it dream?
Japanese: Nani sore ai da? Nani sore yume da?

Indonesia:
"Oh Tuhan tolonglah aku
jangan Engkau biarkan diriku
jatuh cinta kepadanya
Sebab andai 'tu terjadi
akan ada hati yang terluka
Tuhan tolong diriku"
Literal meaning:
"Oh My God, help me
do not you let myself
to fall in love with her
if that happens
there will be a heart which is hurt
My God, help myself"
Japanese:
"Kami-sama, tasukete
onegai boku wo sasenai
aitsu wo aisare
Moshimo sore naraba
kokora ga kizutsuita iru
Onegai tasukete"

Indonesia:
"Tak bisakah kau
sedikit saja dengar aku?
Dengar simfoniku,
simfoni hanya untukmu"
Literal meaning:
"Can not you
hear me for just a bit?
Listen to my simphony,
the simphony is just for you"
Japanese
"Dekinai ka
watashi no kikoete ka?
Watashi no simfoni,
anata tame ni uta"

"Lupakan
diriku...
Lupakan aku..."
Literal meaning:
"Forget
myself...
Forget about me..."
Japanese
"Boku wo
wasure...
Wasurete yo..."

Did I make some mistakes? If so, which ones should be changed?
