I might have caught a cold
Lagta hai mujhe jukam ho gaya. (jukam=cold)
(Lit. "It seems that I have caught a cold).
If you use "sambhav" or "mumkin" here, it will sound very stiff and odd (Something like "it seemeth that I have caught a cold :D )

i second nissimb.
the first hindi equivalent that springs to my mind is: "lagta hai mujhe zukaam ho gaya
hai". you could substitute the "lagta hai" with "shaayad", that sounds alright too. but
that's assuming that you have in fact already caught a cold.
the other meaning, somethin like "it was possible for you to have caught a cold", it'll
go somethin like "mujhe zukaam ho sakta tha" or "ho sakta hai mujhe zukaam lag/ho jata"
"sambhav" is seldom used in common speech and "mumkin" just sounds too urdu-ish.
