Yes, that is correct. We say "pleh-zure" here, like "pledger" minus the D sound.

In my experience (I'm from Northern California), people normally don't pronounce "leisure" to rhyme with pleasure, except maybe some older people in very careful speech.

As for 'leisure' All I've heard is 'lee-zhure'
