I live in UK and have finished everything available from Michel Thomas Spanish.
I am reading "Spanish for Reading" now and spend 4 hours per week "speaking" with a native to improve this skill.
Does anyone know any internet material (for example) to improve my listening skills?

It depends on how comfortable you are with the language at this stage.
If you feel you need more instruction than practice, try Destinos, FSI, or DLI courses.
I'm not sure if Destino's is available for UK residents, but you should be able to watch
it if you use a proxy. There are other options too, but most of them aren't available on
the internet.
If you feel all you need is practice, try watching the news or whatever else you're
interested in. You can find stuff at http://fomny.com/Espana-tv.php
I hope this helps, feel free to ask for clarification.
