I'm using Anki on my mobile phone. I want to put my Russian words in there. I can be able
to do that, since I can switch my keyboard on my mobile phone. The only thing is how to
put the stress marker for the words?

Russian doens't have stress marks?
Here what I do:
1:Russian sentence
____
2: words I don't know in the sentence
-transcription of the russian text in latinalphabet with stress marks
I've never seen stressmarks in Russian, and I guess it's something you just have to learn by heart or have to devellop a natural feeling for.

You could sImply cApitalize the stressed vOwels, that's how we normally disambiguate words in emails if it's absolutely necessary.

The stress marks are a learning tool. At some point you will need to get use to them not being there. If Anki permits audio for the words, leave the stress marks off and use the audio to learn the stress of the word. Other wise use bold or color for the letter where the stress is found.

Hi,
another way is the one I use on my documents (FSI,DLI : take a look at http://www.yojik.eu/ the FSI or DLI documents (in source also)): the standard way to mark a voyel is to use the unicode character: U+301
"Кодировка Unicode позволяет представлять знак ударения в русском языке. Знак ударения « ́» кодируется как U+0301 (769 в десятичной системе), он ставится после ударной буквы."
I managed to map this Character on my keyboard for direct access. (I use Debian Linux), but I think it's also possible with windows or mac systems (but don't know how)
Hope this help

Thank you so much for this. Now, I just need to make the decks on my PC, and just
transfer them to my phone.
