Personally, for Russian I simply put the stressed syllable in bold on the answer side. It's a simple technique that doesn't require much effort.
Basically, it's like this: Q: говорить A: говорить to speak There, nothing else needed. Now, the only problem with that is that I have to add things from my computer and then sync it to Anki Web and then sync it again to my iPod.
