I would like to try to improve my Russian, not only by reading (which I do anyway) but also actively through grammar or specialized vocabulary, or whatever. Has anyone tried any book intended for advanced learners and can comment on it?

'Using Russian' by Derek Offord
'Modern Russian: An Advanced Grammar Course' also by Derek Offord (it might not come with a key, though)
'Advanced Russian' by Alexander D. Nakhimovsky and Richard L. Leed
'Advanced Russian: From Reading To Speaking' by by Sophia Lubensky, Irina Odintsova, and Slava Paperno (Samples here: http://lexiconbridge.com/AdvancedRussian/default.htm)
Have a look at: http://ruslan.co.uk/ too.
Edit: I just found this site. Looks interesting! http://ochenporusski.com
