Ja I mean "Hektik" or " ein hektisches Leben", I only found the verb "hektisch" in the dictionary. But stress is also a good word.

I don't think there is a noun for "Hektik" in Swedish, or if there is it is so unusual that it would sound very strange if you used it. It only exists as the adjective (NOT verb) "hektisk".

EDIT: Thinking about it a little more, if we need a noun corresponding to "hektisk", the closest we can get in meaning is probably "jäkt", though it would sound more natural if used as a verb: "Jag tycker inte om att jäkta". But "stress" is just as good in that sentence.
