I found an old bouzouki (Greek instrument) in a thrift store and picked it up. Inside, it had the following inscription. Could anyone tell me what it says?

The only thing I can read clearly is a name: Petros Nikolaos (Πέτρος Νικόλαος). Can't be of more help, since I don't speak any Greek.

It's just the maker's address:
Music Workshop
Petros Nikolaos
Tel:???????
Manufacture and repair
Bouzoukia
Guitars
Mandolins
Baglamades
Eleftheriou Venizelos ??
?Avrostegasis? Geriou
The last two lines are the address. I can't make out the last line fully, but it may be some village or district I don't know.
