"How many years' working experience do you have?"
What are other ways of asking this question?
How to make this sentence look more serious, professional, and if possible, more elegant?
Can I use "professional life" or "working duration" here to ask the question?

"How many years of work experience do you have?" or something similar is the normal way to say it in American English. Can't think of anything more elegant.
Your other suggestions would sound strange.
