I have the Hugo Dutch in Three Months and Teach Yourself Dutch Conversation which I have found helpful. I recommend them both for learning Dutch. I live in Australia but I already have the material. Colloquial Dutch is also good, but the recordings are quite fast. I think TY Dutch is good too, but the TY Dutch Conversation course has way too many jingles in it. It grates after a while.
