I knew one as a kid called something along the lines of "Aiggy-paygie".
You basically started from the first vowel in a word and stuck the first consomant syllable on the end thus:
"What are you doing?" becomes "Atwh arew ouy oingd" which sounds like OttWa ArWah OoYa OoingDa.
And "Hello I am drinking a bottle of good wine" becomes "Elloh Imw inkingdr a ottleb ofw oodg inew" which sounds like ElloHA I'mWa InkingDre a OttleBa ofwa oodGa ineWa.
I can still convert any sentence into this instantaneously in my head!
