I remember watching it one or two years ago, it was about a drunk guy who walked into a pub late at night and spent the entire show chatting with the bartender and there was always another drunk guy who never spoke, just sat around listening and drinking. They talked about politics if I remember correctly. The camera used to switch between 3 fixed spots in a regular pattern, much like a security camera would.

From your description, it could be 'Dittsche'. I never watched it myself, but I remember reading an article about it.
