(Apologies if this has already been discussed before.) I'm wondering what is the difference between:
Michel Thomas Method French for Beginners
---and---
French with Michel Thomas
(Links are to their Amazon pages.) I noticed that the former is 10 CDs whereas the latter is only 8 CDs. Do they
differ substantively or is the former just a slightly more extensive version of the latter?

The extra two CDs in the course from the first link are simply for review purposes, giving an English prompt from which you are to translate into French, otherwise they are the same.
