I know it will be a difficult question, but... In Polish we have a phrase "nie za dobrze wam?" (as much literally as I can translate into English: "isn't you (pl., dativus) to good?", which is used as a reply when the other person talks how many pleasant things currently happens in his or her life, used in a slightly ironical meaning, but not exactly with a negative intention. It can also refer to only one positive thing happens in other's life, but being so amazing that we're softly jealous about it.
Do you know any equivalent of this phrase in English?

We also have "nie jest ci za wygodnie?" (aren't you too comfortable) which is complete
nonsense. There's comfortable and uncomfortable, no such thing as too comfortable.

In English we might say 'Well, good for you' or 'How nice for you'
It can be said as a genuinely interested response or an ironical one.
Speaker 1: 'My son won a scholarship to Oxford, so we celebrated by driving my new Jaguar
to the Golden Tree restaurant where we enjoyed a fantastic meal. Oh, and did I mention
that we're flying to Mustique for our winter holiday? etc....etc...'
Speaker 2: 'Well good for you' [Heavy Irony]

More jealous and negative answers -
"Well, it's alright for some."
"Well, aren't you the lucky one."
