I have found the link to the simplified transcript here:

However, I had a txt file that had the entire text converted to traditional characters(which is what I would prefer) and had pinyin under all the characters. My harddrive had a hiccup and I lost that txt file. Anyone know where I can find it again?

Download Goulniks files. Open the files with a software called Dim Sum. http://www.mandarintools.com/dimsum.html
Click on tools, convert characters to, and choose traditional. You may also then convert them to Pinyin, and append definitions.

The program will even run on linux Distros! Looks like a very useful piece of software. Thanks a bunch!
