So in other words.. (I guess these are the closest possible equivalents; rough equivalents)

(The way I would say it in German cause it's shorter.)

Um wie viel Uhr sind Sie hier?
(at) What time are you going to be here?

or add the auxiliary to imply future intent (the way I would say it in English cause it's shorter)

Um wie viel Uhr werden Sie hier sein?
(at) What time will you be here?

The difference is more clear in other examples but basically one shows affirmation and the other shows intent. There are probably dozens of way to say it but you will get used to the nuances later. =) (BTW, why are you studying English, aren't you a native speaker.. ? =P)

The initail S of the second person [zi:] must be always capital letter ("Sie").
