Good to see you again. I've missed you! It sounds like you are having so much fun in Russia, I must work hard on not feeling envy :-)
And if you feel like writing some more fun grammar lessons, I am all eyes!

How can you stay you wasted two months? Just by being in Russia, you must be learning a lot. It seems to me when you're in a country, it's more efficient to go out a talk to people than try to study too much (maybe read a little, sure, but beyond that?) In any case, keep having fun and enjoy the experience!

Yes it's very exciting to read about your time in Russia! I hope you are enjoying yourself and doing lots of fun things in Russian :) Love the picture. Is there still snow? Hopefully it's getting warmer!!!

I did not realise I would have so little time for my TAC! St Petersburg is awesome and I've had the chance to travel
around a bit, we went to Latvia and Lithuania (I can't say I'm fan of the languages at all), and I really didn't do
much outside Russian!
On the up side, I have an exam at the end of June, and have consequently started to revise/learn stuff for the first
time. For my last year at university, I will be living with a friend doing Hebrew, and we've decided that he'd teach
me Hebrew if I taught him Arabic. Hopefully it will work! My plans for the summer have completely changed, I
have applied for a programme called Study in India, and if I do get in, I will have the chance to go to India for 3
weeks, and even learn Hindi, which, I have to say, is really quite an exciting prospect!
Regarding Arabic, I have done nothing whatsoever. I will try to organise some revision at some point, especially
as I brought those two workbooks for young learners with me. For Russian, I don't feel like I'm getting much out
of my time here. I find it difficult to approach Russians, and outside school, I don't get to practice that much at
all. We've covered new topics in grammar, notably the gerunds and the dreaded participles. I still find them easier
than aspects and verbs of motion, but I'm not convinced we've covered all aspects of them. Apart from that, we
went over stuff I had already done at university, but it was so poorly explained I decided it'd be better to just
ignore the teacher's crappy explanations and revise by myself.
I mainly have problems with aspects in the infinitive and imperative, and verbs of motion. Hopefully I'll work on
all that very soon!

Hey! That all sounds awesome :) Studying Hindi in India is a great idea too. Good luck for your exams!
