By the way, how do you write cyrillics (or how is it spelled) on normal keyboard? You install the russian one and try to guess where things lie until you get used to it? Or do the russian letters correspond to their latin equivalents?

There are several keyboard layouts for writing Russian. Russians themselves, as far is I know, use йцуке, which is somewhat optimized for typing Russian. It's certainly not optimal, but it's closer to the optimum than qwerty is for English.

Then there is so called phonetic layout, which has letters mapped so that it makes sense to someone used to typing on qwerty. I guess there are more, but these are the two that are mainly considered, I believe. Ukrainian and other Cyrillic-using languages would have their own standards, but I assume they would be based more or less on йцуке.

Obviously, you have to do some learning, whichever of these you choose. I always recommend people to learn йцуке, even if it's more work than the phonetic layout, because that's what Russians do, and what if you end up in front of a computer in Russia?

I believe that you can find Cyrillic keyboard stickers to use as an aid, but frankly, learning to touch type is not that big of a deal. It's painful the first week, but in a month, you'll be typing away like a pro.

A fun bit of trivia: on forums, Russians sometimes use ЗЫ instead of P.S. or П.С. Why? It turns out, З and Ы are on йцуке where P and S are on qwerty!
