Antonio, I sent you a PM. I agree that there's a lot wrong with the way copyright and publishing contracts work, especially with changes in technology and the book market. I wonder if a shorter period is the answer, or a total rethinking of the system is needed. I haven't really thought about any alternatives, but there again, I guess I wouldn't be in a position to do much about it anyway.
