Hey there,
Has anyone used one of the SpeedLearning Language courses, or know anything about it? Is it legit? www.speedlearninglanguages.com It sounds like a good program and is mentioned favourably on a few sites, but I haven't come across any official reviews or any reputable retailers (Amazon, etc) selling it. The description on the site seems to be what I'm looking for (i.e. a more intensive program) but I'm wary about purchasing it until I find more feedback on it. They are just repackaged FSI courses. Literally exact copies.
And in the case of Chinese, they only offer half of what is freely available on the internet. The only real difference is that their PDFs are much prettier to look at. 1 person has voted this message useful | |

Okay - but the site and the program are legit? It's fairly transparent about it being an FSI-based course, and yes you can find the FSI PDFs free on the Internet, but I think there is some value to having it packaged up and organized with the audio (which isn't as easy to find online as the PDFs - the FSI site is often missing some of the audio sessions for some of the languages).
