Thank you. interglot.com couldn't tell me cause it doesn't have a breakdown on verb tenses like wordreference.com.

Sorry, I would translate that as "That's not what I mean".
"I don't mean that" = "Dat meen ik niet"
At least that is less confusing.

"Op=op" means that... Well, let's dissect it.
"op"=gone, no longer available
For instance, I might post an ad saying I have old LPs for sale. Under that ad, I might put "op=op" - basically implying that I only have a limited number, and that you have to be quick to get them. It is a bit of a weird and typical Dutch expression.
"Op" here just means something is no longer available --> "De kaas is op" - We are out of cheese
Something like that. Yeah, a bad explanation, let me know whether you were able to follow.

Yeah, that doesn't really explain the strange equation. But I wasn't aware what op meant, I thought it was a preposition and that made zero sense.

Well, the equation basically implies "gone=gone", meaning that you won't have a chance to retrieve the item from the seller anymore should his stock be gone by then. It is just an enforcement of the word.
