Italian cuisine has pizza, pasta and in my opinion the best ice cream in the world; can't top that.
French cuisine gets an honourable mention for having crème brulée and awesome bread.
I don't study Turkish but I love the Turkish cuisine as well, except for baklava.

I think Vietnamese food is tastiest. Thai, Indian, Ethiopian, and Italian deserve honorable mentions - in many of their myriad forms. I'm quite fond of well-done Chinese and Japanese food too. Some middle Eastern/Greek food is also excellent, from falafels to hummus to baklava.
Most cuisines have something extremely tasty hidden away somewhere. Hungarian-style baked eggplant, absolutely soaked in oil, with lots of red pepper and a bit of salt makes an amazing spread on bread. Korean soups with kim-chee in them can be fantastic. Asian fusion food can be incredible. Modern experimental cuisine can be great too - the best desserts I've ever had in my life were in a raw vegan restaurant in the UK.
