Ethiopian flat bread has to be the most delicious thing I've ever eaten. <3   Too bad we can't get the stuff to
make it where I live anymore. :(

Actually I have a thing for round, flat, bread-type foods..... naan, rice cakes, tortillas, scallion pancakes,
crepes...... they're all delicious! :D Each one served in a different way, of course.

I have weird dietary issues so it's very very hard for me to find new foods I like, but I've been slowly chiseling
away at it, focussing on Japanese food so I'll be able to eat at restaurants when I get there. So right now, most
of the "ethnic" food I eat is Japanese. I especially love yakisoba, agedashi tofu, and edamame gyoza. <3

I was raised by hippies, though, so I grew up with foods from around the world... israeli couscous, brazillian
black bean soup, stir fry, lasagna, etc. I like asian cuisines the best, as well as Italian food and latin american
food. I want to try more African and Mediterranean dishes though!

Italian cuisine has pizza, pasta and in my opinion the best ice cream in the world; can't top that.

Definitely.

German is also amazing(kasespätzle, schnitzel, bratkartoffeln and Spezi!).

I've had some great Korean snacks, but the rest is a bit spicy for me!

Don't forget bratapfeln, klöße, weihnachtsstollen, and milchreis. A good weihnachtsstollen or bratapfel is incredibly tasty.

I assume you still live in the US, so you may be able to find teff flour at a health
food store or even a more upmarket grocery store. Bob's Red Mill is one producer. I
can find it here, though I live in a larger city. If that fails, it's very easy to
purchase online. Amazon, for example, has several offerings from different suppliers.

To answer the question some of my favorite cuisines are:

Mexican
Italian
Georgian
Thai
Indian
French
Spanish...

Well, really I like any decent-quality food that's not bland. I find food to be an
even bigger reason to travel than languages.

I haven't yet met a cuisine I didn't like. Other people have already mentioned the more
exotic fare, I'd like to mention something more ordinary. Though this may be somewhat of
a faux pas, as I've seen more than one post here looking down on it with disdain,
I love American food: Not just the standard hamburgers and fried chicken (though I
love fried chicken) but also Cajun food, soul food, Tex-mex, etc.
