Level assessment/criticism aside, I wonder why he has the video tagged with "Richard Simcott" and "Laoshu", considering neither has anything to do with it.

So apparently he doesn't speak all of them fluently, neither does he claim to. The tag thing could be meant so for people who browse laoshu's video would encounter this one.
