^kind of a waste don't you think ? I mean a weekend is like a normal weekday . EXCEPT YOU HAVE MORE FREE TIME THAN THE LAST 3 HOURS BEFORE BED TIME .
Time Management and Project Management are skills you should learn to master next to language learning in my opinion .
Anyways
I promise myself right here right now :
NO MORE RESEARCH ON HOW TO LEARN languageS.
I already did that a long time ago over and over , I mean it is so easy to walk into a language learning site...and read article and watch videos and read blogs over and over..untill you realize you just used of a hour or more .
So im going to set up a perfect schedule I must not get of track from for the coming month.
Japanese= Kanji+Assimil+10 sentences a day(for now)
Arabic: 50 sentences + le petit prince (listen and read atleast I hope I can find Audio for it if not ill just read I guess...)
Mandarin:Chinesepod a lesson a day + Easy peasy Chinese (gonna order that soon I hope)
Anyways had allot to do for school today..and I already procastinated like there is no tommorrow this weekend so I only could do a bit of Assimil today..its better than nothing lets hope for a better future.

I study Mandarin at university and the books that we work from are '新实用汉语课本 Xin Shiyong Hanyu Keben (New Practical Chinese Reader) which comes in six volumes and takes you from absolute beginner to around B2/C1 and Boya Chinese but I don't know how many volumes there are of that. They come with CDs which would be useful if you are learning on your own and they are pretty good when used together for explaining grammar and helping you learn to read and write characters correctly if that is any help :)

I reviewed like 18 Assimil Japanese with ease lessons and did lesson 75 today. I can't wait till im done with Assimil . Yes Assimil is allot of fun but I want to get it over with already so that I can finally start with ''An introduction to intermediate Japanese'' .
Just now I skimmed through the first chapter and listened to the audio a bit just to see what was awaiting me and it got me extra motivated, the voices the texts the excersises were so briliant .
I also found an Arabic Treasure...I found Kalila wa Dimna its a great work of classic Arabic stories all of you should read it and if youre not studying Arabic I advice you to find some kind of translation .
I looked into Chinesepod some more..I think Ill do it Assimil style for now just to get the ''sounds'' of the language burned in my mind.

Slow Chinese this site might be useful to you though the script will possibly be a problem.

Hey, just saw your log while at work. I am impressed that you chose languages because they were hard. I
just started Japanese myself. I avoided it because it's hard but the pop culture and anime made me change
my mind. So far I would say it's hard indeed but any language is after only one month. If you can already
read news online that's pretty good. Good luck!

Good luck to you to , but its just you shouldn't buy in the ''its a hard language'' idea , I do not believe any language is harder than the other..its just some languages are further from your mother tongue so it would only be obvious those take more time .
''If you can already

XD I am far from being able to read articles perfectly , I just try to read them I still have a difficult time reading them .
